Join us to find out what innovative steps progressive employers have taken to maximize productivity, increase engagement, and mitigate turnover as we adjust to the “new normal.” Speaker: Dr. B. Lynn Ware CEO and President, Integral Talent Systems, Inc. She is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist
Since early 2020, organizations have been adapting to the “new normal” as result of the COVID-19 pandemic. As the economy begins to reopen and vaccinations become more readily available, employers will be looking for guidance on re-entering the workplace. According to several workplace experts, up to 30% of employees will continue to work from home even after the pandemic subsides. Many managers are struggling to keep their employees engaged since the separation between personal and work-life has been obliterated and the social ties that kept many employees bonded to their employer have now loosened. In addition, employers need to think about retaining their high potential employers as the economy re-opens, regardless of whether or not these employees will return to the office, continue working remote, or adopt a hybrid work schedule.
