Course Description

This one day workshop will look at what elements that we need to be concerned about when implementing a work place mentoring program. The workshop will also provide some insight into the role that mentoring can play in dealing with mental health, mental well-being, Post Traumatic Stress (PTS) and Operational Stress Injury (OSI)

I have done extensive research on mentoring and mental health and as a result see mentoring as being part of your organization’s support structure. Employees are dealing with higher levels of anxiety and stress which has been compounded by COVID-19 to a point that has never been seen before. This workshop will give you some tools that you can put into practice immediately.
